This course will enable the learner to describe a general overview of the history of newborn screening, discuss the expansion of newborn screening and testing methodologies, and understand the scope of newborn screening and the role of healthcare providers. CEUs: Nursing 0.8 hour; Social Work 0.8 hour. Please note: non-ADPH employees must pay a $17.50 fee to obtain CEU certificate.
