Helpful Hints: Transcript not updating after completing a course?

Is your transcript not updating after you've successfully completed a course? Please ensure you have checked all progress boxes within a course. Each course section has a box or boxes (i.e. pre-test, quiz, survey) to be checked after you have viewed and/or completed the corresponding activity. See the attached screenshot for clarity.
